Evaluasi Penyimpanan Obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rawat Inap RSU Wiradadi Husada Banyumas
Pharmaceutical services in hospitals are an inseparable part of the hospital health service system which is oriented towards patient service, providing quality and affordable pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials for all levels of society, including pharmaceutical services. One of the most important aspects in pharmaceutical logistics management is the storage function. Good storage of pharmaceutical preparations must meet the requirements in accordance with the Standard regulations of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health No. 72 of 2016. The aim of this research is to determine the standards of the drug storage system in the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation at Wiradadi Husada Hospital Banyumas based on the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016. This type of research is non-analytic, observational descriptive research with prospective data collection by conducting data collection and interviews through direct observation of the storage system. The samples in this study were all drug items in the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation at Wiradadi Husada Hospital, Banyumas. The results of this study show that 80% of the drug storage standards are in good condition, 100% of the storage component standards are in the appropriate category, 80% of the storage method standards are in the good category, 100% of the drug storage at room temperature is in the appropriate category, cold temperature drug storage 100% is in the appropriate category, 100% of narcotic and psychotropic drug storage is in the appropriate category, 82% of LASA drug storage is in the good category, and 54% of high alert medication storage is in the not in accordance with RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals.
